Part of the Division Street Neighborway, this wall in Chelsea sits at the intersection of Division and Hawthorne, near City Hall. Several designs were proposed to residents attending local summer street festivals, and this one got the most votes by a wide margin. The area is largely Hispanic and is becoming known as a restaurant district, so the theme of the alley was loosely based on food.
